Strawberries are with us for so short a time, I try to build recipes around them as much as I can. This weekend is going to be a big strawberry weekend at the market for me, I can just feel it.
And Strawberry Granita is SUCH an easy and delicious Italian iced desert. Chilly and sweet on a humid summer day. I think you crop mob kids should consider making some after a hot day's work!

This sweet and spicy chicken can be marinated up to a day in advance. Note: If you’re making it in advance and you use coconut oil, it will harden in the refrigerator, but that’s fine. You can omit the cayenne if you don’t like things hot or add more if you do!
